"Pure evil. They tried to take my child via medical kidnap."
"I was abused here by a few different men, scarred for life among other occasions, the only good thing about it was my main doctor [Norman Snyder]. There were a couple of good staff one who I had no complaints [Brandon/Bear], everyone else was not so great. one lady actually told me to my face she wanted to keep me there longer just because "she could". I was suicidal my first night. they also lost some irreplaceable belongings."
"We filled out paperwork that included that our insurance was Medicaid. We went through an interview and a medical evaluation which took two hours. Then we were told they don’t take Medicaid and were offered a payment plan. I felt like I was at a used car dealership."
"this is place is nothing but A TOTAL JOKE!!!!! the staff doesn't have half a clue as to what they are doing. none of them. I have had a stepchild in there and it was a complete joke. I would be on here all night long telling about all the things they have done wrong or did/didn't do. it's sad and pathetic."
"Overall I think the TDT program assisted in the aiding of our son we recently acquired custody of when it came to school; however, the staff in charge of the program seemed to communicate poorly, and after being sent around to multiple individuals when the therapist was due to handle something, we have decided that they help very little in matters of the home. The therapist did have some family issues which were very important to handle, but the lack of communication, or even enthusiasm, showed the lack of concern over matters of our own personal concern...and almost caused a problem when it came to our son displaying the troublesome mannerisms they should have communicated about. I suggest continuing Therapy outside of TDT (we could not due to insurance), and regular reminders to the therapist over what the child has been through. we received a diagnosis of disruptive mood dysregulation order for our son, where he has been diagnosed with ODD for years."
