"Absolutely abhorrent communication. Set an appontment with the requirement of documents and paperwork before the appointment. Documents submitted, NO PAPERWORk SENT TO CLIENT-- then canceled leaving a sobbing client in her lobby with no prior notice. Apparently does not keep track of client contact or proper documentation for emails- its 5/15 currently, insists there was contact on 5/19 & 5/28. Passive aggressively offering faith based counseling when LGBTQIA was specifically requested. Confirmed, no email. Which also means they sent personal information to the wrong email and chose to be indignant rather than reaching out to confirm the N in the email wasnt missing. Shameful behavior from a professional specializing in the ND community. 10/10 dont reccomend. Dont waste the panic attack on this therapist."
