"I’ve been with jennikay about 4 years now I believe. When I started coming to her, I was literally a lonely shell of a person. Riddled with trauma, unable to see past it. I was suicidal, self harming, I had lost everything and everyone. I was grieving deaths and losses, PTSD, crippling anxiety~~ literally everything that could be wrong with a person. Now I’m a completely different person. I know that’s through hard work, strength, bravery to face my issues, and a willingness to live a different life. But I wouldn’t have felt any of those things if it weren’t for JenniKay. She’s very skilled at acupuncture (something I never saw myself doing or have real credit to,) and that in itself has helped my anxiety when she’s done it. She is a very skilled and intuitive yogi, using trauma based healing as a basis for yoga and other holistic therapy practices. Never would’ve been my thing before, but I will never naysay again when it comes to the holistic stuff. It really works. I dare anyone who doesn’t “buy into it” to give JenniKay a try."
