"Be careful signing anything from Cintas! They came to us and offered to supply our business with uniforms. Unable to try on the correct sizes for our 6 employees, we were promised they would get us set up in the right uniforms free of charge, just sign the dotted line. No one told me we were signing a 5 year contract. And after 1 uniform change to try to get myself in some pants that actually fit, I was told that the actual cost to get the uniforms set up correctly would be in the neighborhood of $400 a person. When they told me this I responded that their program was not going to be a correct fit for us after all. Now they are telling me the cancellation fees are in excess of $10,000 and that I'm contractually obliged to continue paying for their services for the next 5 years according to the contract that I was never shown. Be careful with their salesmen, who will promise anything to get your signature and then they have you by the balls for thousands of dollars. Would not recommend any small business owner to use their services. Unfortunately now my small family-owned business is on the hook for $10,640 to cancel services or we're stuck paying $90 a week for uniforms that don't fit, for the next 5 years."
"Salesmen make promises the company does not keep. Very poor to no communication. Vindictive and unreasonable."
"They have faithfully taken care of our businesses needs for the 8 years I’ve been running one. Fantastic people and excellent service."
"In the almost 15 years I have worked here, we have had about 8 different guys that would come exchange our black mats. Each one of our service guys have always been friendly and professional. They all have been stunned that when they come to trade the mats out how clean ours are. I tell them we vacuum them daily as that is one of the first things people see when they are coming to tour our Community. Eric is our Service man now and he is so nice, it feels as though he is part of our family. He keeps us posted on any new items coming available and when pool season hits, he is right there to order our extra mats for inside our Clubhouse. All of our Service reps have trained in new employees and they give them a rundown on the people they serve, so right away they fit in. Such a pleasure working with Cintas... there is not one negative thing I can say about them. Keep up the great work!"
"If I could give 0 stars I would. I worked at this place when I was a freshman in college. I worked for a few months. The workers are really nice. The pay was terrible for me because they had a positions during the summer, but I wasn’t able to get hired as a full time but only part time BUT only for the summer i don’t know why but they put me just for the summer which I remember applying for an actual position but wherever. I was hired to help a big route which we deliver uniforms, carpets, gloves, rags, etc. we would leave at 4am everyday Monday to Friday. My pay was around 9$ an hour. It was a hard working position I’ll say. I was basically doing as much as the driver would do. But of course he got paid more. Not only the same job but also drove the big truck to locations. That was the only difference. I had a license and everything but I didn’t want to drive. This guy making around 17$/an hour and they wanted me to do a small route after we were done with our route which we would be finishing around 3pm most of the time. I asked if I could get a raise because the only difference is that I wasn’t driving the route. I would still do as much work as the driver would by himself but he had me as help. Which is honestly really dumb. I was promised a good position with a good pay at the beginning and I just got a part time job with a horrible pay and a stupid amount of work. Honestly the worts job I have ever had. I don’t recommend this place to work at all. Also don’t work as a delivery of newspapers, terrible just a heads up ;)"
