"Unfortunately our experience was far from what we were told it would be. Upon calling the boutique we were told that they had many plus size options, so we booked the appointment and drove 2 hours to shop. Once we arrived we were met with a very sweet, helpful and educated consultant but she quickly let us know that our options would be slim and she’s been pushing the manager for more plus sized options, but the request hasn’t been met. We were only able to pull one dress which was completely opposite of anything we were looking for and the devastation and despair on my friends face was truly painful to watch. Once again, our consultant was amazing and very apologetic but if you are shopping for anything over a size 12 I wouldn’t suggest you visit this shop."

"Just had our first experience at Violets looking for a prom dress and I will definitely return. We were greeted at the door by the employee (Karsyn) that would be our helper for the two hour time slot. She informed us of store guidelines, asked about preferences, and then left us to browse while she chose dresses that she felt would also work. I then sat in a comfortable chair with a glass of wine while Karsyn helped my daughter in and out of dresses for an hour. It was amazing! So comfortable and easy. We ended up buying a dress that Karsyn chose based on our brief conversation at the door. I wish every shopping experience could be just like this."

"Violets was the first store I went to for my wedding dress and I’m SO glad it was! Starla was the consultant helping me and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better, she was so amazing and helped me find the absolute perfect dress! I went through several I picked off the rack and ended up going home with the one she picked for me! She gave us a lot of information on alterations and just made the appointment go so smoothly. My two year old joined us for the appointment and Starla was even holding her at one point while fixing the train on the dress I was trying on. I literally could not have had a better experience. I had another appointment at a different bridal shop directly after and was so disappointed in the way it went compared to our experience at Violets. We left and went straight back and bought my dream dress! Highly recommend Violets, but most definitely recommend requesting Starla as your consultant!!"
