"App is absolutely horrible - I ended up deleting it. Most items don’t list sizing info. Then lately whenever I choose a category, new arrivals for example, I can’t scroll further than about 10 items or so. Every category is like that! And when you try to shop cardigans they only have a category for “curves” size cardis. App needs SO much improvement but they won’t do it."

"Shoes are cheaply made and not worth what they are selling them for. Their return policy is extremely misleading and difficult to understand. Called and talked to customer service and went back and forth for 15 minutes on what the policy says. Will never order from this website again."

"I love Impressions!! All of their clothes and accessories are high quality and sizing is true/accurate. Shipping is also fast! I have never had to contact their customer service until my most recent order where I had some difficulty returning one item out of my order. I emailed customer service and within 1 hour I had a response that rectified the issue. Kacie was SO helpful, kind, and efficient. I also love that you can return their items for a refund as opposed to just a store credit like most other boutiques - makes me more willing to try more styles and find something new that I have never tried before!"
