"Raquel helped a lot and was kind at first. Afterwards, Raquel made an appointment at the salon to see him and did not arrive on the day of the appointment. After much thought, we decided to give it another chance. We hired Raquel on the day of the wedding from 9 in the morning to 3 in the afternoon. That day, Raquel left the salon twice around 1 in the afternoon and left an aunt to take care of Raquel's work. My husband asked her for money back for leaving early and Raquel no longer answered his message. We are not returning to Novedades Raquel."
