"This new store is always clean and organized when I go in, but they hardly have any stock. A lot of the time big spaces on the shelves are empty. They do offer the Plus selection (over $1.25), but like the rest of the store, the shelves are usually low or empty. If you need a basic item that all their stores tend to carry, you can maybe find it here. Otherwise, just go to the Pleasant Street location. Yes - that one is always a mess, the staff is always complaining or they are no where to be found, and you will stand in line for longer than it takes you to shop - but they have a much better selection (when it's actually on the shelves and not still in the boxes all stacked around in hazardous piles!)..."

"The worst service. Went in for balloons, understanding that the cashier was busy. I let two customers with only a few items in front of me go. I stepped to the side and picked out my balloons. And waited. And waited - while the cashier helped at least 15 more people while ignoring me. The line continued to grow longer so I just left. She didn’t say a word to me. Severely understaffed store."

"Second store not open as sign and online says! This is redicless! Employee just walked up 7min late! As they opened the store the alarm went off I heard one guy saying he doesn't know the code. What kinda business runs like thar. 2 stores aren't opening on time and no apology by employee, the 3 employee a girl was sitting next to me in the car saw me trying to enter the store and not one word not even after opening up late and of course no register ready to check out. This is redicless I can't be late to my job because of poor management! Shame on both stores and their management in Springdale Arkansas!"

"Just visited the Springdale location off 412. I believe her name was Jennifer? It’s December 15th at 11am and she’s working her tail off. She’s been super nice to every person that’s walked through. Very helpful and friendly. Take care of those employees!!"

"Brand new & very nice Dollar Tree! Store is super nice. Tons of cheap deals and great prices. Everything you’d need for essentials and some home decor items. Great customer service. Very close to interstate I49, but very hard to turn out left on Sunset. Recommend going behind Hobby Lobby & by Cracker Barrel to get to side road (48th Street) and to stop light for Sunset & I49."
