"I’ve noticed there is NEVER anyone at the laundry mat that works there, not in the normal laundry mat hours or the office hours. So if there’s a spill and someone needs help, no one would be there to help, I’ve had the washer not rinse my clothes, I’ve had the dryers not dry my clothes, no “out of order” sign. Recently me AND my friend had stains of some kind of bright color ink on our clothes and we used separate washers and dryers. We have both had several pieces of clothes stolen. We have kids, we can’t stare at the dryer to make sure no one steals it. There should be someone there in the day in case something is needed, like refunds, messes, figuring out why there’s ink in our clothes, and to make sure there aren’t people digging in dryers and taking clothes. KID CLOTHES. We are at the laundry mat bc we clearly need a cheap place to wash that is kid friendly, and recently the customer service has been absolutely horrible. I need to speak to someone higher up, it is ridiculous I have had to come leave a review to try and get in contact with anyone. You guys have plenty of cameras to figure out who is digging in dryers and have them banned."

"It's always kept clean but if you go after when the employees aren't there. Of course you are going to come across some mess. _ (Hey but there are some pretty messy individuals as well that do not know how to clean after themselves.) The playground area for the kids is nice. The kids have something to do when you are washing. Other than that, most tidiest laundromat here in the Dale."
