"I again have another round of kidney stones. I saw this man about 5 years ago with bad kidney stones. His nurse told me one thing he did another then he left stones in and said they'd pass they did not. Now 5 years later they've grown to big and I have to have surgery again. I'm so nervous about using him I'll call someone in little rock first. His bed side manner sucked and he just didn't seem to care. I need a dr. Not to just go thru the motions I need them to do there very well paid job completely. I miss my dr. From ca. He never left me with stones Would not recommend this man to change a tire"

"Very unimpressed with the office staff. Rude at times and very unhelpful. My husband was recommended to have a biopsy. It took 3 weeks and several phone calls to finally get it scheduled. Dr. Hollenbach was very nice. Results are still unavailable. He had been on hold waiting for them for quite a while. Was told they would be ready yesterday and they would call with the results. Didn't happen. He called them. Very frustrating. Nov. 9: Still waiting. He talked to someone in the office last Thursday and was told that he would get a call by Friday evening about his results. I wish they would quit promising something they're not going to deliver on. If my husband has cancer he needs to know so we can get treatment going."

"I have been Dr Hollenbach’s patient basically since he came to Hot Springs. From day one he put me at ease. He’s got a great sense of humor and reminds me so much of a good old country doctor. I’m one of his complicated patients and he always takes great care of me and answers to my issues quickly. Last year he placed an interstim device in my bladder because of an injury that caused me to be incontinent. Best thing I ever had done! He my doctor but he feels more like a friend too. I highly recommend him. His staff is also great and treat you like family. Go see him. You won’t be sorry. (PS:I’m a retired nurse so I tend to be a bit more honest about doctors I see.)"

"I have been seeing Dr Hollenbach for several years, he did surgery on me and keeps an eye on my kidneys where he removed a cyst. I just can't say enough good things about him he is an exceptionally great doctor along with his staff. I would like to just thank Dr hollenbach and his staff for their caring and thoughtfulness they show to each patient, sometimes I have had to wait to a little bit on my appointment but I know that I am going to receive the same treatment as other people do whenever I am waiting. I can't say enough good things about Dr hollenbach as a doctor he is the best"
