"The Dior bag I got the thread came off just barely after two weeks using and the usage wasn’t even daily! They refused to do a refund even it was faulty! The policy was 30 days but they wouldn’t wanna refund and the gold hardware is tarnishing as well! I never had problems with Chanel or even LV and never will buy any Dior bags and hated their service"
