"The upper staff makes a huge effort to communicate with family's of the residents. My only issue is i do not feel like the people that are working the area for dementia on certain shifts make that same effort. Just my take."

"These reviews has to be fake. This place looks beautiful, but make sure you visit your loved ones often, otherwise they’re non compliant on their medication adherence. Check on your loved ones if they’re here please. I never told them we own pharmacies, but the way that issue medication leaves a lot of unanswered questions."

"The security was impressive and the lobby was beautiful and welcoming. The facility is very clean and the staff was amazing. We met four ladies on staff and each of them were very helpful and attentive. One young lady realized we had not been there before and assisted us with the entry and exit as well as personally walking us to the room we were looking for. Our experience at your facility was definitely 5 star quality."
