"I will definitely not go back. Would give zero stars if that was an option. I have never felt so rushed, insignificant and given an ultimatum regarding my health as I did yesterday. I was supposed to have an mri. I showed up 45 minutes before my scheduled time and when I questioned the order and asked if I could make sure that’s what my doctor wanted. I was told to either go back now or reschedule. My husband was on the phone with my doctor verifying everything was correct and when I asked if I could have 5 minutes to ensure I was having a correct mri done I was told no, given a refund and handed a number to call to reschedule. After consulting with my doctor we walked back in asking to continue with our scheduled mri time only to be told sorry it was cancelled and all future appointments moved up and to call back to reschedule. All this happened with still 15 minutes BEFORE my scheduled time to even show up. I will now go elsewhere to get this done. I had to arrange childcare and take off work to have this procedure only to be told I couldn’t wait 5 minutes to consult with my doctor. Myself and my husband are both medical professionals and the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. We will both recommend our patients go somewhere else if they ever need these services and I highly recommend anyone else to do the same."

"I am Claustrophobic the website states they have a upright MRI And an open open MRI. WHEN I called about it the person I spoke with said they didn't have either one!!!!!! Update your DAMN website"

"Geez! I called for a price on a specific x-ray and the lady couldn't even find it!? She kept changing it around a few times. Even after I told her I viewed the price estimate on line at that facility, then she said maybe I was looking at a different facility! I guess Christus St. Michael Imaging won't be getting my service if they don't have good customer service to begin with!"
