"After literally years of abuse from the pediatric department I am finally done. The front desk is always rude, and it’s impossible to get someone on the phone. Cheryl Kite has had wonderful nurses over the years, but this latest one is a doozy. She is rude, arrogant, and does not listen to patients. Then her and Cheryl had a full blown conversation about me today while I could hear them both. They were both reported to DON. I had stayed because Cheryl has been good to work with us on an on going condition of my daughters, but she’s honestly nothing spectacular outside of that. I won’t be back."

"I despise Column and Carney. They are famous for sending you random bills with no explanation as to why you owe them money. If they do call you back, every person you talk to will have a different story. They have a reputation for this, and I understand why after dealing with them."

"Dr Smith…pulmonologist…is great! He’s very caring, not rushed, and doesn’t have you make unnecessary return visit. Would definitely recommend him. I’m always seen quickly. X-ray is also very fast."

"The pediatric department is ridiculous. I had to switch my daughter’s pediatrician because my her old one left. So, today we arrived on time to meet the new ped, just to be told by the front desk that we were supposed to be there 30 minutes ago. No where on her appointment did it say arrive 30 minutes ahead of the appointment. The girl at the front desk was inconsiderate and had a bad attitude. Mind you that we drove 45-50 mins to get to this appointment, just to be told that we basically should have arrived 30 mins earlier. My daughter will NEVER be seen by this clinic ever again!! 0/10!!!! Just rude and disrespectful!!"

"I would give negative stars if I could. The billing department was unsympathetic and uncaring. I called them prior to ever receiving my first bill to notify them of a situation where my place of employment neglected to pay the premiums. I anticipated a balance and wanted to inquire about making payments. No help, no concern, nothing but rudeness. Again...before I even got a bill I tried to work with them. I had heard that C&C was this way before I went there. Of course, I didn't foresee the issue with my employer. I should have listened to what was being said and read these reviews before ever arranging any care with them. So....a learning experience for me - these reviews mean something. I'll drive to Dallas or Shreveport before I ever make another appointment here."
