"Completely incompetent when it comes to communicating on filling a prescription! Attitude of pharmacy techs sucks!"
"Completely not interested in providing service to veterans. Went in to ask for documentation for disability, already being paid for by the VA and documented, but they would not even listen or provide the service. Instead they sent me to a Nurse-Practitioner who has no ability to provide the medical documentation or evaluate the diagnosis. Waste of time and energy, I will not be going back and will use private doctor going forward. This is supposed to be a place that helps veterans. This is not the case. Also, if you are white, do not expect to receive the same service. Reverse discrimination is pervasive at this location."
"Little tiny bit slower than I would have liked, but every single person I interacted was a true professional. Loved my doctor, Dr. Mary Fitzgerald. The woman is informed of everything! Will definitely be coming back, encourage all my fellow patriots to do the same."
"I would give this no stars is I could. Was very ill and the doctor didn't even look at me at all just stood there, asked my symptoms, then told me all she could do was give me a pill and send me to a specialist. She didn't even let me finish telling her what was going on before she cut me off. I literally left crying. Come to find out later through a different doctor I was anemic. I would not recommend going here. I also called patient advocate to report her and never got a call back."
"FANTASTIC staff in both my experiences so far. From the labs to the front desk to the medical personnel, I cannot say enough about how courteous and caring they are. Special thanks to Nurse Stephanie who embodies everything good about her profession! I was skeptical of VA care but I'm happy to say this clinic proved me wrong. I'm so glad I landed here! Thank you all."
