"I paid $84.80 last year and was told it was an old bill and had to be paid in full before I could see tbe doctor in 2023. I came in the office and paid the $84.80 bill in person. I had made an appt. for the fourth time and was told I had to pay the $84.80 again because it had not been paid, which it had. I set up a payment plan and was able to pay $26.71 until I got it paid and signed a sheet saying I agreed with the plan but they now called and said the full balance must be paid before I can see the doctor. They are wrong. Why did they send me a payment plan? They have a monoply on the ENT business in Texarkana. Be sure and keep your receipts!"

"Referral from my personal care provider because I have a ear infection. And make sure they except my insurance. On the first visit Dr Whitt prescribed 4 medications and they tested my hearing. I returned a month later with no improvement. Dr Whitt prescribed 3 more medications and an appointment for the next month. This round of meds seem to be working. On my next visit I'll be talking to him about the right type of hearing aid I need. Besides the long waiting room time. 55 minutes. The staff is friendly and leads the way through the labyrinth of hallways."
