"Went in for a knee brace and I sat there for about 40 minutes. One of the male employees walked out with a limp and looked at me and kept walking seen another patient and said good morning. I'm sitting and was called back to get sized up only to get charged $130.00for the knee brace. She told me that my deductible was not paid. So I came home and got the same thing on Amazon for $22.00.I felt very uncomfortable in this place."

"I have changed my whole opinion of this clinic. I ordered a great pair of New Balances, fit perfect 6mo later asked for the Same shoe, and after confirming, I show up to a CHEAP imitation, said they didn’t carry my shoe anymore. I get new shoes every 6mo from the VA, this place will not be recommended anymore. The father and son, tried to “sell me” on this off brand. Bad bad business"

"Under no circumstances should you EVER purchase a medical device from this place without first checking amazon. I was sold a $393 procare xceltrax medium air boot that cost $46 on Amazon. They would not take it back because I wore it for 15 minutes. They did t even have the courtesy to tell me that they couldn’t take “used” devices back over the phone and made an appointment for me and I had to drive 50 minutes to be told “sorry”. I will be posting this on every social media account I have as this is medical robbery and should never happen. I will be letting my insurance company fight this now. You should be ashamed of yourselves for charging this much markup for a product."
