"The seniors office on Galleria Oaks is not faxing back pharmacy requests for refills. I have been without some if my meds because of this. I had my recent appointment with Amy Davis to get prescriptions refilled but when I call the CVS pharmacy there are no refills ready. Then I call CCA senior care and they say that Cvs has to send a request. So CCA Senior clinic is not responding to the fax I have been without one medicine for 4 days. CVS is saying they have not received a return fax for this. I am seriously considering changing clinics for this reason"
