"STAY AWAY! In fact, RUN. Go anywhere else, to any other place. This hoax of a place made my Mom come from over an hour away, for a hearing problem she had. Then didn't even check her hearing! Had the audacity to tell her she'd have to come back when the person who does the hearing test is in. WHY didn't they reschedule her BEFORE wasting precious time and money, making her be there, KNOWING they weren't going to help her that day? This place is an absolute joke; a sham. We will NEVER again use this place, nor any other place with this despicable name attached to it. The worst service, most horrible people I've ever dealt with. This review receives one star, because I can't give ZERO. Take my advice, save yourself a lot of frustration; Stay away from CHI St Vincent ENT Clinic."
