"I can’t say enough good things about Arkansas Children’s. We live about an hour south of this hospital and will 100% make the drive every time over going to a local hospital. Including driving 2 hours and getting dinner, our ER trip took 4 hours. They are professional and efficient."
"My son had surgery on a broken bone on 11/14 a great team was taking care of him until a nurse named Tabatha wanted to send him home in pain not too long after he arrived to PACU. She told me to go pick up the medicines they prescribed at the pharmacy which is 30 minutes away. I insisted that I didn't feel comfortable leaving the hospital when he was in pain. It took her like 10 minutes to decide go get the doctor and the doctor decided right away that he was going to receive pain medicine before we leave. Dr Koder and all the other staff were wonderful."
"I’ve been to the ER several times and the staff has always been amazing! 1 of my children had to have surgery here and the whole experience was so good. Very good with kids. I will take my kids there every time."
"Went to Mercy for my daughter (6 m/o) to get looked at after having a bad cough and low fever. Her oxygen was between 80%-82% and had marbling at her hands and feet. she for sure had RSV and an ear infection. Was sent to children’s only for the doctor to come in and do a 2 minute appointment and send my daughter home. Completely pointless to have even gone there in the first place."
"From our consult 10 days ago to our outpatient ENT procedure today, I cannot say enough good things about our ACH ENT experience. Our consult two weeks ago with our ENT, APRN Valerie, was thorough, professional and personable. We never felt rushed and all of our questions were answered in full. She was excellent with our young child and it was a good consultation all-around. Today’s procedure went just as well— from a short check-in to timely pre-op/procedure, we were never left waiting and everything was well-communicated. Dr. Amos (surgeon), Dr. Beck (anesthesiology), specialist Sarah, and nurse Bethany were an incredible team and my expectations were beyond exceeded with how comfortable they made both our child and us. I absolutely recommend utilizing ACH, if it’s an option, because it’s truly a kid-centric facility and team. Our only other experience with ACH has been utilizing their ER for our infant (with RSV), and we were impressed again with their short wait time, effective communication and thorough evaluation."
