"8 years ago I lost my daughter to leukemia. Dr Jason Farrar was her oncologist at the time. He was amazing during the whole treatment and even after. My son is very sick and I still had his number from all those years ago. I messaged him to please look at his labs as my mind went to really dark places given his blood counts were low. He took the time 8 years later to not only message me but to call me to discuss them. He always called my Haley his delicate flower because she always had the worst side effects from all the meds. He explained to me his thoughts on his labs and reassured this broken momma heart that all looks well but to definitely get follow up labs in a month to nake sure. Thank you dr Farrar for your care and concern. For treating your patients and their family like they are your family. The world could use some more great doctors like you."

"I called triage to see if I should take my child to the emergency room because he isn’t drinking and has the flu they sent him home with a fever of 103.4 and it’s hasn’t went down from the hundreds in 3 days the nurse told me to call my doctors nurse, however she is the doctors nurse on call. And if I take him to the emergency all their going to do is get his fever down and send us home for it to go right back up during the car ride home. I’m honestly sick and tired of dealing with the hospital."

"Wouldn't recommend this hospital. They lie & don't follow parents concerns. My daughter has had to come back to this hospital due to choking, breathing problems. Her g button complications. And now for seizures. Due to malpractice. (Major Lawsuit) she's had nothing but health problems since she's got her button placed. every issue is coming back from her nissen and Gtube. How can these doctors not figure out what's wrong with someone's child.. She's been in here multiple counts of times and has receive nothing but neglect from nurses and doctors.i also witnessed when I returned to the hospital after a day out from being cooped up in here my husband and i came back to her diaper being soaked, her pjs still on outfit not changed after supplying outfits and making sure everything they need was next to her bed. . Bed wasn't changed. And feedings were late. Did nothing but vitals left my child in her own urine. Not all doctors were bad there were some that did wonders with her but I will not recommend this "children's hospital" to anyone."

"We came into the ER sent from our pediatricians office. They were expecting us and everything flowed very smoothly. Everyone we encountered from the ER to Interventional radiology, Anesthesia and the inpatient nurses were all extremely nice and helpful. I can’t say enough things about how the people here helped our daughter feel safe and comforted during her difficult time. I will not hesitate to bring either of my children here in the future for care. Thank you Arkansas Children’s Hospital!"

"My 14 year old daughter just has spinal fusion surgery and I can’t say enough good things about the staff and how our stay was. Everyone was super nice and explained everything they were doing and answered all of my daughter’s questions. She was really nervous before surgery and said she felt so much better after talking with the surgeon and anesthesiologist prior to the surgery. The surgical staff, PT, RT, and the floor nurses on 3D were amazing and took such wonderful care of my daughter. Her surgery was on Halloween and we loved seeing all the wonderful fun costumes!"
