"Worst doctors i have ever had for my children very judgement and rude went with my oldest since she was 5 never no problems then they wanna call dhs on me cause theyre not doing they're jobs!! i asked for refrall after refrall so transferring my children to better doctors that actually care oh and guys my dhs case was dropped same day they came out bc they know they are not right up there!!! horrible doctors"

"Waited weeks to get in to see Dr. Edward's. My kids needed a prescription for the therapy that they have already been receiving for months before. However since we switched pcp we had to have a new script. Finally got an appointment and was told by Dr Edward's and the nurse that the script had been sent only to find out that they both lied and was then told it could take a couple of days before it could be sent. Called today to check on the status to be told that per Dr. Edward's request they would no longer take us as a patient. No further explanation just that we couldn't come back."

"My children have gone to the Children’s clinic their entire lives. We were very happy with them in the beginning, then our pediatrician ended up moving away and we tried a few different doctors there. We ended up with Dr. Buxton whom we really liked. I was informed when trying to make an appointment that we had been dropped as patients because in the 14yrs we’ve gone there we missed 3 appointments. Not 3 consecutive appointments, not 3 in the last 3 years but 3 in the last 14yrs. We have appointments every 3 months not including sick appointments and vaccinations. That’s at least 8-10 a year. We have no record of missing 2 of these 3 appointments. I feel the policy is a little extreme."
