"Amazing facility! Thankful that they have always been there for our daughter whom is a resident.Staff has always been on top of any issue that may have occurred,we were immediately notified,and informed with details on whatever it concerned.I could talk good things all day about the staff and living 2 hours away from our daughter is one thing,but being able to have a peace of mind that she is in a safe,well run and operated environment iswhat counts.And human resources,and office staff Making decisions for the faculty are AWESOME!And for what it's worth,if there is any place other than home with family...id recommend this place for anyone that's looking to put my child..family...any day of the week!!!"

"If I could give zero stars I would. Not a safe place for children. My child passed while in their care and they didn’t even know when it happened. Inconsistent stories given. My son was simply there for physical therapy. Should have just taken him home. Autopsy still pending on my baby. Update. The school may mean well but they have to get more experienced staff that actually know the signs of a child’s health deteriorating. My son could have been saved had he had earlier intervention. The signs were there over a week before he passed and they just let my son die. I should’ve known better."

"PCCA has been an absolute blessing to my family. The staff has always been kind and helpful. When I’ve had issues, the staff has been quick to address them and make things right. The nurses, doctors, social workers, therapists, etc. are very informative and offer the necessary support to families to help navigate the complex system of care for medically fragile children. My child is happy and healthy; I can’t ask for much more than this."
