"Worst experience I have ever had at a doctor's office. After 7 days of prep for a procedure, I checked in on time. I overheard the women in the front office complaining about the patients in the waiting room being upset . After I set down in the waiting room I found out what the complaints were about. Apparently everyone was having to wait 3 or more hours past there appointment. I then cancelled my appointment and left. I called the office manager the following day and asked why wasn't I informed about the long wait time. She did not seem to really care and said "I've had to wait 6 hours before at the hospital for an appointment. After I complained, I was fired as a patient."
"Lost my mom’s appointment and all of her information not once but TWICE! The doctor we were supposed to see never bothered to mention she changed locations, we drove 2 hours to the wrong location only to find out the doctor moved and they had no record of my mom anywhere! Very unprofessional, nurses were also rude at every visit!"
"Had issues with the staff. Our insurance said no pre certification was necessary. Received a call a day before procedure and was told it hadn't been approved. Informed them that I had already checked with our insurance and none was needed. Day of procedure, during pre registration we were told that had gotten approval. Finally got it straightened out and now two weeks later and we can't get results of the lab test done on the polyp that was removed."
"We had our first appointment last week. Husband came in very nauseous and the front office staff was very concern about him. They was friendly. We saw the Physician Assistant Rod Camacho We already knew Rod he was very caring quick to order a endoscopy for my husband. He calmed our concerns. We have had no problems."
"Not only will they make you wait a few extra hours for any procedure with no explanation until you've asked about six different people, they'll go back through your history with them and start double and triple billing insurance just to make you pay more if you don't let them laugh at the pain they cause. And they'll charge your current insurance for the duplicates. Found that out when I got a bill from a time my insurance plan paid every cent. Definite criminal activity at this location."
