"Poor appointment time management. Both times we have been here the wait was 1 to almost 2 hours past appointment times. Once they get you back to a room it’s another 15-20 minute wait for doctor. The nurses and PA however get high marks once you see them. But long wait times are hard on old people so sticking with 1 star. Might be better if more comfortable chairs and refreshments were offered for the inconvenience. They have a TV but the sound is so low it’s useless trying to watch it while passing the time."

"UPDATE: It hasn't gotten any better. ORIGINAL: This place is almost comically mismanaged. If you have an appointment, be prepared to wait AT LEAST an hour beyond that time before you're called. Even at 9 AM, they're running an hour behind. The staff is so incredibly condescending to patients ("honey" "baby" "sweetheart" "young lady" "sugar"). The person working the check-in desk is always unprofessional with her nonstop sarcasm. Seriously, the way I see the staff behave, I have ZERO confidence they will be able to help my elderly parent. If I were the actual patient, I would be filing every complaint possible. But I'm just the one driving an elderly parent here for care."

"During my wife's treatment at this center, she and I were treated with an extraordinary level of professionalism and compassion. The staff of chi wound center, definitely walk the walk and talk the talk , when it comes to patient care. Strongly recommend this wound center for those in need."

"I have been a patient here for a couple of months. I have received nothing but top notch, compassionate care. I have come to understand and expect that there are no standard cases here, making it difficult to estimate how long each patient's treatment may take. I have been called back immediately and I have also waited in the waiting room for 2 hours. It's all ok because I understand they are doing the very best they can to give everyone the best quality care possible."
