"Dr Cloud is unprofessional, untrustworthy, discriminatory and "First, Do No Harm" means absolutely nothing to him. For some patients his go to his harm! I have no doubt that if I had stayed a patient of Dr Cloud (forced on me) I would be dead. Dr Cloud should not be a doctor. He reminds me of Dr. Death. I wonder how many patients filed complaints with the American Medical Association, Medicare and Department of Health & Human Services?"

"I was switched to this facility because Dr. Finley was fired, come the find out dr. Finley wasn’t even a Dr. when I was transferred I was supposed to be seeing David Slay Unpon Arrival they sent in another nurse and a nursing student I asked where my doctor was and they said Mr. slay doesn’t work on Thursdays so I asked why they gave me a appointment if I wasn’t going to be seen by a doctor. They then brought in Dr. mcloud he stared off into the clouds as if he could care less that I was there. I asked him for several referrals to get a ct scan as well as a surgeon referrals to get what I think is fistula removed. I’ve never received either I called the office back and asked to be followed up by David slay and they then told me he wasn’t taking new patients, I told them that my so called Dr. was fired and that’s who I was told would be my new DR. I was told they would find out what’s going on and call me back. Here it is two weeks later with no call no referrals nothing, I get a certified letter from cloud that I was no longer allowed to be seen a chi. St. Vincent’s I recommend if you want to get proper medical care stay away from this place they very rude and inconsiderate especially Mr. cloud."
