"I just had the best experience I have ever had at a doctor's office! Dr Bracey took his time, listened to all of my concerns, and did not make me feel rushed. I brought up four issues in one appointment and Dr Bracey dealt with all of them. Compare this experience to a recent visit that I had at a different practice where the provider was an hour late to the appointment, did not resolve my concern, and only let me address one complaint because it was "only a 15 minute appointment."
