"Worked with Dr. Kilpatrick for about a year. There were many times she questioned the actions of my other providers despite it being out of her scope and not related to why I was seeing her in the first place. Things she said would have been harmful to my health in other ways if I had listened to her. Her office is nearly impossible to get ahold of. I played phone tag with them for weeks until I finally gave up and just waited until my next appointment. Don’t try to contact them through the portal either… that’s a black hole that the nurse said she doesn’t even get the messages sometimes. Dr. Kilpatrick diagnosed me without using the correct diagnostic criteria which led to insurance withdrawing coverage of a medication she had prescribed. But this might have been a blessing in disguise since I didn’t actually have the condition the medication was prescribed for anyway. She would have known this if she would have monitored my blood work, but instead she checked it one time in a year of working with her. Called a month ago to voice my concerns to a manager and never got a call back."

"WRMC Endocrinology - Dr. Rachel Kilpatrick and team - have been taking care of me for a decade or more. This team is a well built, well educated team that work not only with you, but for you and your health. I have been lucky to have received this level of excellent care over the years. I have been listened to, taken seriously, been educated about my various conditions and how to do my best to take care of my health along with Dr. Kilpatrick as my partner in that journey. From the friendliness at the front desk, to the caring nurses, the knowledable Diabetic Educator, to Dr. Kilpatrick herself, I have never experienced such complete care from a physician. Please remember those that leave reviews, tend to be persons who have had one bad experience and are angry. The patients that are told something they didn't want to hear or acknowledge from their doctor. In that sense, the score this clinic has received (on Google) is so very deceiving. They provide WORLD CLASS CARE to so many in Northwest Arkansas and beyond and deserve to be recognized for their dedication to my/our health. I could not recommend WRMC Endocrinology Team more wholeheartedly."

"This clinic is a disgrace! Dr. Folb is new and already I assume so overloaded she cant return a phone call to one of her first patients when she got her. My daughter was put on an injection that she had to have DAILY and the medicine came unavailable across this entire state but can be filled at a lower dose but yet here my daughter has been without now for 3 weeks and is suffering and NOT ONE CALL BACK. Several voicemails left. I am going to take this as far as i can because it is ridiculous. Our healthcare is a disgrace!"

"Dr Folb went out of her way to make sure I was updated on my labs and thyroid cancer screening. She actually listen and asked a lot of questions. Gave me some advice and explains my medical issue with me. 25 years, no one has explained anything to me. She has a great nurse that actually answers the phone. It’s been a long time since I had a good doctor and nurse that actually goes above and beyond for their patients. I am extremely happy with the service that I have received and will definitely recommend them to anyone in the future. Thank you so much."
