"I love the way they take care of me. Very nice nurses and Doctors."
"Receptionist is polite professional bubbling friendly. They have vending machines for snacks they have free coffee. Doctor Alberti is the best wound care doctor in the state of Arkansas and this is my personal opinion I've been to many wound care clinics in the past 5 years that I've been fighting wounds Dr Alberti is the only one who has able to get my wounds to heal other doctors immediately wanted to amputate I said no Dr Alberti is not only a wound specialist she is also a scientist and if her treatments are not working she will do whatever research necessary to go above and beyond to find a way to cure your wounds cannot praise her enough"
"What a great facility. Dr. Avery is wonderful. Very knowledgeable and committed. She explained the process and how she would treat the wound. Took her time and was is very kind and patient. The staff is great and caring. Highly recommend them."
"Dr Alberty is ok but she doesnt change treatment every 2 weeks like you're supposed to if present treatment isn't working., I've been told that by a dr and some nurses,. I don't know how many iodosorb tubes I have from the 4 yrs I've been going here. You bring home the tube she opens in the clinic, One of the nurses there is another story, Purposely ( I said to another nurse beforehand that I wanted her to wrap my leg, not Faith the LPN because Debbie and I got along so well) Faith wrapped my leg too tight and caused another wound which infection came quickly and caused me to have a toe amputation, then half foot amputation and then leg amputation. Faith overheard the conversation and then wrapped my leg so tight with a grimace on her face showing she is getting it as tight as she can. Ortho dr also said her wrap cut me open! Beware!"
"Wound care doctor takes the time you need to insure great care. Staff are all friendly and very helpful. Sometimes you have to wait to get to see the wound care doctor, but that is because she is providing great care for all."
