"Paid for a 30 minute massage but then only received 20 minutes. Arrived early for the appointment and she was walked back to the Serenity Lounge. She got in the room and the massage started at 338pm. Your artist said "OK: at 358pm. I would imagine to stay on schedule. Massage was good but disappointed paying for service time that was expected but did not receive. Reply - I purchased a GC for someone so no, you will not see my name in your system. All you're are doing is deceiving the clients when you list your Massage Services as - The 30, The 60, The 90 etc. 10 minutes cut into a 30 minute is ridiculous. No one at your place ever told her that it would only be a 20 minute massage. Will never be back..."

"I was debating to give 3 or 4 stars however I REALLY liked Lara she was SO nice, made me feel comfortable and was very educated HOWEVER the only complaint I have (which I told her about also) was that I couldn't feel anything. And what I mean by that is that I scheduled to get a facial by 2nd facial I have ever gotten my 1st one was about 5 years ago and I have been wanting to get one for SO long and I finally decided to make an appointment, I was SO exited and couldn't wait! I had Lara again she was great but there was ZERO pressure. I understand she can't give pressure while doing a shoulder message or head message because she has to stay in her job description however when giving a facial I want to actually feel your hands and relax. Give me a face message basically. I spent a lot of money and didn't get to relax.."

"I paid ($250)for a deep tissue massage for my wife's birthday. I "thought" because of the expensive price tag, Would it be a good one? Boy, was I wrong..... I'm disappointed because I asked them to make it special for her birthday, long before her appointment. I'm not going to write down everything that was told to me. Your wedsite allows us to leave that open when we book, I left it open. We've never used any of your services before. We paid for a 90mn FIRM massage... If thats not her specialty, why would they try it???? There are a couple of other things that happened, but again, we didn't want to be a squeaky wheel.... My wife left a tip because she wanted to be nice. My wife was there early and didn't get seen on time. She also got her massage cut short so your employee could get back on her schedule for her next appointment.. My wife did mention her displeasure with the service, which is why you gave her a 25$ discount upon leaving. Instead of trying to save face for the gram, maybe you should have waited and called me to discuss this??????? - Update!!!! My wife went back in, and they gave her the white gloves treatment. She was so happy walking out after her appointment. I love to spend my money with good people. I expected good service, and we got it. They accepted responsibility for the first appointment and made it right. We live in a world where people don't accept responsibility for anything. They showed and proved that they were willing to stand by their services. Going forward, I will use them again often."

"This place was incredible from the moment we walked in. I set my fiancé up for a spa day and the staff were so accommodating and kind. At check in we got to sit in the serenity room while we waited and it was so comfortable and luxurious. My fiancé said the staff she had were so incredible. She had Lisa for her facial and Vika for her massage. She said they both made her melt. She felt so relaxed and amazing afterwards. 10 out of 10 would recommend to everyone!"
