"The new owner seems friendly which is nice. I love going to see vivi. My only complaint is I was charged $4 for a shape?! I’m not sure why I would get charged a fee for shape when that should come with the service just seems kind of odd in my opinon."

"I’ve been here many times over the last few years and have always had a great experience. But after today I will never go back. I had an appointment at 11am and they must have been overbooked so I waited almost 30 minutes to start my appointment and then ended up having to switch techs and the manager did my nails. He was very distracted the whole time and messed up multiple times. I had to correct him on what polish or bottle to use because he couldn’t remember. Multiple of my fingers started bleeding. The nails were not filed down or shaped properly (I asked for oval and half of them look like circles), and each nail looks very uneven and different from the one next to it. It took 2 hours for the entire appointment and they did not even turn out. I will be getting these redone somewhere else tomorrow."

"I don’t recommend this nail salon. It looks clean and boujee but presentation is everything.. if you come here you’ll notice how they charge you different each time for same services. When I get a pedicure the bottom of my feet still peel and look unkept… they have “loyal customer perks” but after going for a year straight I somehow never went enough times to earn the $10 off. Even though I go religiously every 3-4 weeks… It’s all a scam. If you use a card they’ll charge you more than it says on receipt. Be careful."

"Calm, clean, and serene. The atmosphere feels like walking into a high end spa, and the customer service reinforces that. The massage chairs are roomy and comfy. Best of all, they actually massage well! I got the signature pedicure with gel from Xay, and it was fantastic. A little vacation from the world. Her attention to detail is top-notch! My feet are beach ready, though they'll be staying in cold MN with the rest of me. The products used smell amazing, and the massage was not skimpy. I also had a classic manicure with Nancy, and her work is great - I type all day at my desk job, and my nails don't have a single chip. I will absolutely be back! Happy to say I found my new nail salon."
