"I have been going here for along time. My stylist moved to this location and I followed her. The salon is clean and offers a selection of products and services. There are many stylists working here and each is unique in their specialties. I go to Jeanette F. She does a wonderful high/low light on long hair. She is honest if you ask for something that won’t look good she will let you know very nicely."
"Jess is absolutely wonderful at what she does! I always leave feeling refreshed and beautiful. I can’t say enough about her, she’s one of a kind!"
"I'm never disappointed with Janette. I've struggled to find a salon to where I would be a repeat customer. My hair has finally found a home :)"
"I’ve been here many times before for facials, years ago since they don’t offer them anymore. I have a gift card to use, so I called to get a pedicure appointment, only to be told they have one lady who does them, she is extremely booked out, and doesn’t take new clients. What?!?! I’m assuming it’s the same for manicures, because after the receptionist talked to the pedicure lady, she said she’d only do a manicure not pedicure. Very disappointing. So be careful of gifting gift cards here since it can’t be used on all services!!"
"I went there for the first time to get a haircut a few days ago. When I got home and looked at my hair, I was so disappointed, it was so uneven (pictures attached). I don't understand how she (Jesi) didn't notice it and let me walk away like that. I called back to tell them about it and they said I could come in to have her fix it. I told them I’d be happy to come back if someone else could fix it. They said they can’t do that because they’re busy. Even if you are busy, you should be able to take a few minutes to fix a mistake made by your stylist. Since they couldn’t have someone else fix it, I asked for a refund because I didn’t trust the same person that let me walk away with that horrible of a haircut to touch my hair again. No thanks! I had to go back to the salon to talk to the manager and she said that she'll talk to the owner about it. The next day, she left me a voicemail saying that she had a meeting with the owner and the receptionist and that "we are all 100% sure that you were invited to come back to get your hair fixed but because you chose not to there will not be a refund issued at this time". How can you be 100% sure of something if you weren't even there? And why is my only option to come back and have it fixed by the same person? How about a little more flexibility? Plus, when I called the first time, they never told me that if I go get it fixed somewhere else I won't be able to get a refund. So here I am, paid for 2 haircuts in one day because the first place messed it up and couldn’t meet me halfway with a solution. The manager was very defensive the whole time. Never apologized. Just made excuses. I don't even understand why I have to defend myself. Your stylist messed up, I have pictures, yet I'm being treated like this is my fault somehow. What a waste of money and how unprofessional, I would not recommend going here unless you want your hair to look like it was cut by a 5 year old and then being treated like it's your fault. To answer the owner response: So what you'e saying is, if someone comes into your hair salon "knowing" that they won't like what you guys do, that gives the stylist an excuse to do a bad job. I don't think so. And I never said that. I don't think anybody would sit down in that chair if they knew they were going to get a bad haircut. They are lying in hopes to cover up for the bad job they did. Stop making excuses and start taking care of your customers. As I can see from other reviews, your place has a real problem with haircuts."
