Little Caesars Pizza

"Update: They messed up on our pizza again, and it was burned, we called and let them know, they said ok just come back in, like stated below we do not live in Van Buren, she said that was fine, we made it a point to say it could be weeks before we get back up here, cause we come up when we have doc appointments, the girl said that was fine, we asked if she needed our name, and phone number she said no it will be fine, (note we should have paid closer attention to her name). Yesterday we was finally able to get to Van Buren, we stopped by to pick our pizzas up and come in contact with a girl who said she was a manager, long story short she didn't want to replace our pizzas, due to the time frame, we explained everything to her and she called someone and finally, she did replace one, but not the other. I told her that they should tell the others the rules so that they are not telling people their pizzas will be replaced, and she then said she doesn't even work at this one, she is just filling in. The Drive Thru menu board is still out and has been for at least a year, which makes the restaurant look nasty. We have called corporate and will be calling corporate again to let them know, they need to train employees a little better, and to get the menu board fixed. We do not live in Van Buren, that being said we placed an order, got our pizza and came home to Altus. When we got home we noticed they gave us the wrong pizza, we called them and they said they would correct the problem next time we were there, Went up there a few weeks later and they did. Great tasting pizza, and great employees."

"I love Little Ceasars but the last 3 times I've went and picked up a pizza they have up charged me for a pizza I didn't want. So if you just want the regular pepperoni pizza be careful when ordering because they will sell you one of the more expensive pizza's."

"Let me start by saying long time fan of Little Caesars. Now bad news hate this location we ordered a sausage pizza and it was very doughy , very spicy, the cheese was not even melted. They didn't want to replace the pizza last night but waited today to give money back.. So we wound up cooking anyway after a long day... This place i would never recommend to anyone..."

"Every single time I come here at 8:30pm, when they close at 10pm, they act close. They refuse to make a pizza at 9. Making a complaint to corporate, horrible workers. Sat for 15 minutes. Circled around, to be ignored by an employee twice, honked the car horn. Still nothing. Had to call a few times til someone came to the window. Don't bother with this location, it's not worth it. Have to even recook the pizza because it's raw."

"First off go in ask about the classic hot and ready pizza you ordered online 30 minutes earlier (because they don't have them ready anymore) and you are told that it will be 30 more minutes the voice your displeasure and the lady at the counter say oh well, and is just rude; then you finally get your pizza take it to the car and it is not cooked still raw. So rather than go back in and wait and wait another hour you just take it home and cook it, and cut it properly! This place is the WORST Little Caesars I have ever encountered!!!! Would not recommend what so ever."
