"I usually don't post bad reviews unless it is needed. But it is the first time I have been told by employees to shop online rather than in store, no price matching from online can be done, and lastly, being told that saving a few dollars is not worth it but its my money “i guess.” I am not a fan of online shopping and drove to the establishment for a reason. I had the product in my hand and walked out empty handed. I have been a logistics executive for many years and have worked, ironically enough, with distribution centers and branches that served hardware stores. Such as this one. I was taken aback and quite frankly pissed off at this customer service. Close your stores. Clearly you don't want us there."
"I really like this store. They had what I needed and with a little help was able to find it. Seems to be plenty of help milling about so no problem finding anyone. Store is neat and well laid out, don't think you can do better than this Lowes for your needs."
"We were loyal Lowe’s customers and even have a Lowe’s credit card. This last experience has left us no choice but to cancel our card and start going elsewhere. We went to go buy more flooring for our home, only to find out this location was out and apparently wouldn’t get anymore. The associate told us to go to the Rogers location and they would have 26 boxes. We go to the Rogers location and they have none and tell us that this flooring will be discontinued. We’re dumbfounded truly, so we start looking at other locations. We call Fort Smith, it takes probably five tries to get a hold of someone and we have to actually page electronics and have them get us to flooring. Fort Smith has some and we have to order online. We place our order and then order what we need left through Lowe’s online. NOW it has been 6 days since we ordered and we’re being told they can only get us 14 boxes instead of the 21. We NEED 21 boxes which is why we ordered 21. Now Roger’s Lowe’s is telling us we’re the idiots for buying a clearance item. We started our floors in 2020, not one person told us they rotate flooring every three years and by the time we got to our last few rooms now this is apparently clearanced — that aside, all of the locations mentioned showed more inventory than what the stores actually have, why would we be worried? We thought the stores in our area had more than enough, but with the inventory completely messed up and somehow us to blame we may be screwed on our home project. We have spent thousands and thousands of dollars exclusively renovating our homes using Lowe’s and we will no longer be doing so, nor will we recommend anyone else does. This has been a horrible experience with us left wondering why we are being blamed when the orders were able to go through as placed only to be told later “nope”. I’m sure Lowe’s doesn’t care about a couple of people no longer patronizing their stores but maybe this review helps someone else. We sure will be spreading the news to every single person we know."
"GO TO HOME DEPOT Deron (told me he could, but won’t) Caleb (told me 10% (34$ discount) Angel- helped me get assistance from manager 2 gentlemen got the fan, Marco also helped find fan Jamie (Store manager Female) and Sarah (Assistant Manager) came to tell me no discount and that I deserve no courtesy. Caleb called higher up manager; possibly Jemar who we originally tried to bring to assist. Jemar passed off to caleb and Derron Jamie store manager passive aggressive ; Told me no discount and talked down to me as if I am in the wrong for wanting a “new fan” She told me that customers choose to have the fan pre built, and that there would be no discount and no courtesy given to me for my wasted time and frustration. The stress and anxiety it took to tell someone I was unhappy, and that the associates who originally brought the fan were too lazy to grab the “ new box” from the top shelf via fork lift to begin with. A300$ purchase on an unseasonal item that has not been sold since AUGUST and I am being told that there is nothing wrong with the condition of the item. The item has abrasions, and damage, paint , dust, and filth all over it. (Pictures included) They swear that the fan has not been used, but I have been in plenty of hardware stores to know, that the floor models (displays) are definitely used/ tested to show the power of them. I requested a new fan, and told Jamie that I would be reporting the incident. Store # 0432 ZION ST Fayetteville. At cash register Mickey blocked me from exit; when I asked her about 10% off for box fan (the “new fan” they brought me had a damaged box!!) she passively aggressively told me that Jamie store manager shot it down, after trying to tell me that they won’t give a discount, trying to make a managerial decision on her own as an hourly employee. I advise you not to shop here, as the hourly associates are lazy (just get customers the new product unless they request for a display) (I shouldn’t have to ask 4 different hourly reps for help finding an item… the first rep I asked told me they didn’t sell fans because it is not in season..female associate in Garden.) I also encourage you to call corporate Vs talk to the management in store as they are passive aggressive, rude, and have no interest in genuinely helping customers or creating a rapport/ relationship with their “valued” customers. I tried my best to stay kind and understanding of both sides during this process, and have to say I walked away very disappointed and very dissatisfied. In addition to this review, I also notified corporate for Lowe’s."
"Came here for a scheduled interview. Been waiting on this date for a few weeks, I even got there 15 mins early to show my punctuality. Instead, I was just left alone in an office for an hour. Whoever was supposed to Interview me never showed up. so I got up and left. Zero professionalism. I don’t recommend anyone to work here if that’s how they treat potentially employees I can’t even imagine how they might treat the people that already work there."
