"Horrendous customer service in the tire and auto department. We went today, 1/28/24, and tried to buy a new tire and have it put on our rim and put back on our car. They let us know it would be a few hour wait. Then 2.5 hours later one of the two men, the man with the beard, let us know that they could mount our tire on the rim but they did not have time to put it back on the car. I didn’t really understand how the shortest and easiest part for them wouldn’t be possible, but I said that was fine and just to mount the tire on the rim and I’d change the tire in the parking lot. The bearded man said okay and that he could meet us in the parking lot with our newly mounted tire. We walk out and this man hands us our brand new tire unmounted and said that was all he could do. This guy was very rude and refused to mount the tire after he said he could just minutes earlier and told me I was on my own. I completely understand they were backed up that day, but he told us he was bringing us the new tire on the rim and instead just handed us a tire and didn’t even offer to refund us the fee we paid for him to mount the tire and place it back in the car. I’m happy to change my own tire, but don’t charge me to mount a tire on the rim and then be rude to me over you overcharging me and not doing a job you said you were doing."

"I went with my wife and son to the highway 112 Fayetteville Arkansas location, spent a couple hundred dollars on overpriced food, made to appear to be a good deal by selling it in bulk size packaging. We didn't steal anything. I've never been guilty of, so I've never been in trouble for shoplifting but for some reason, when I left the store and my family loaded up in the car and pulled out of our parking spot. A police officer got behind me and aggressively followed me through the crowded parking lot and pulled me over about a quarter of a mile away. The officer told me he pulled me over because I missed court and I had a warrant for my arrest and then told me that he was alerted by Sam's club facial recognition technology. I won't be shopping there again not because I plan on missing my next court date but because I don't need the government or marketing hyenas or anyone else knowing what I spend my money on and where I decide to use it. Total invasion of privacy. That led to the embarrassment to my family and myself and the fear and trauma that my son had to go through on the side of the highway on a windy 12 degree day"

"In the Cafe I kept changing my order I even got frustrated. Staff was accommodating and awsome. They were 100% professionals and amazing!!!!! I'm here eating with family and had to make the review. 11/26/23 Reviews reflect latest visit"

"Pharmacy Staff are AMAZING! Absolutely the best in town. Washington Regional sent me with a Rx that I was allergic to. Pharmacy caught it. Johnnie (head pharmacist) is always awesome. Brian (pharmacist) is also a wealth of knowledge. Mattie, Dalia, Heather, Mario all have been patient with me & never cross. Staff has jumped through hoops to find me alternatives when I couldn't afford something or needed an odd speciality item ordered. Highly recommend them!"

"This is a nice, large Sam's Club. The traffic and parking here is a little crazy though especially the gas station. I like that it is conveniently located right off the interstate. The store itself is usually nicely stocked, lota of samples, beautiful fresh flowers, and has a larger than normal clothing area, in my opinion. The seafood and meat dept is also really large compared to other stores I have been to. The tire and battery section has a friendly staff that were helpful and knowledgable when I brought my car in yesterday for a tire roation. Here are my few issues: besides being crowded this is the only Sam's Club I have been to that many of the sale items I purchased rang up full price even after I verified via the app that they were in deed on sale. So I had to go to customer service after and go through the process of a refund. Also when I called the store # to make a tire appt, it was sent to a call center. She made my appt at 130 but when I showed up today for my appt they said it was at 1 and they don't take appts on the half hour and they always have issues with the call center scheduling incorrectly. So I had to wait and be fit in for an appt. Frustrating that they are aware of this issue but it is still happening."
