"They don't check the prices. So something on clearance won't be really on clearance so you'll need to make another trip back if you want your receipt corrected. Why shop in person, when online it'll be correct at least."

"I'm standing in line after 20 minutes of wandering around looking for a checkout line. There is one checkout open in the whole store. It is 10:47 on a weekday during the holiday shopping season and ten people are in line in front of us. This is why Amazon does so well, people. RIP when the mall inevitably closes due to poor customer service like this. Edited to add: Kayla was the one that eventually checked us out and she was delightful."

"Went in to have my ring repaired. I have had the ring for a couple years but when my mom purchased the lifetime protection plan they never told her that if the repair exceeds the amount of the jewelry then they can only offer a buy out. A lady I had talked to on the phone about it was very disrespectful and laughed at me. Then a few days later Rachel a very sweet lady offered to help me and told me she would let them know to refund me the protection plan even tho they don’t usually do that. I appreciated her assistance and went in to go get my ring. When I arrived the same lady who had a horrible attitude was there to help me with the refund. They ended up saying all they could do was put it on a JCPenny’s card. I was upset due to the fact I was told I could get the money back so that I could go have it fixed somewhere else. I am not pleased with this company and won’t be shopping here again personally."
