"What an unorganized and awful place to order online for store pickup! One order I was told to retrieve pickups at the back corner of the store, then when I got there I was told I had to go back up front to get them. Breakable items have been loosely packed in a box and arrived damaged. And items online can appear as "available for pickup in store" (or not), but this doesn't mean they are ACTUALLY available IN the store and still need to get shipped there first! At least returns were seamless..."

"You better watch out for Kohl's not giving your rewards for years because of your phone or your e-mail address not being tied to your said rewards and they don't mention it until years later!!!! Also watch out for them leaving security tags on your clothing or other purchases because you will have to turn around and go back to the store so they can remove them. I'm not at all sure that I will continue to shop at Kohl's!! Also one more thing... You can get phone calls from them and receive e-mail from them and still not have those tied to your rewards!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!"
