"Wonderful customer service! Me and my husband went in to finance some mattresses and had some complications with our app. Jaden and his co-worker were patient and kind while we worked through the issues! They made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Thank you!!"
"I love Big Lots. It is close to my house and has most of the items I would otherwise have to go to Walmart Super Center for at competitive prices."
"Good place to go for cleaning items, low end furniture, and shelf food staples. Better prices than the supermarket. I don't see how it can stay in business with so little customer traffic."
"We stopped in to see if they had any to Christmas decorations. We were pleasantly surprised. They Have a great selection and prices lower than Walmart!"
"I have mixed opinions. Some aisles were spotless and all items on the shelf and fronted. But the majority had messy aisles with massive gaps every other item. When I walked in, I was instantly greeted by a young man with a smiling face working the cash register. After walking around, I turned the corner to see another worker with her face straight down texting on her phone. No biggie. But what is a problem is after she looked up and saw me, she proceeded to walk into an aisle with her back towards me to continue texting with her head down. That’s a real shame to see. Especially with my first time being in this store and having high hopes by the good employee who instantly greeted me. Not expecting to waited on hand and foot. But at the very least a simple hello or asking if I needed assistance was expected. I was shocked to be completely ignored over a cell phone. I have priority over her cell phone. I hope that a manager addresses this and leads her face away from the cell phone and into the aisles that are an absolute wreck."
