"There employees were literally on drugs they couldn’t concentrate to do an exchange they kept passing us on to the next employee they saw. We were there for 30 minutes just to do a simple exchange."

"I was there on Sunday and got 4 pairs of shoes. Two pairs of shoes were for my six-year-old’s birthday. When I got home, there was only one shoe in my box. I immediately called back to the store, letting them know what happened and there was no apology. No nothing. After telling him that I live 45 minutes away and I have three kids one was special needs, he proceeded to tell me just to come back. I let him know that I could not come back. He told me he would have his manager reach out to me. I waited two days and nobody reached out to me so I ended up having to call into the store and speaking with the manager directly the manager then said she would send text me for my address and send me the shoe. It is now Friday and I have never received a text or any indication that they were going to send me my shoe. I work retail and I understand that things happen but this is horrible customer service and for the record I will be returning everything I bought."
