"This place is a rip off! I just got a salad with blackened chicken, they charge me $1.50 for some Parmesan on top, I added avocado, dried onions and cilantro- The salad was $19! I could go to a restaurant for something better and pay that much! The worker couldn’t even tell me if the blackened chicken was white meat or thigh meat"
"Great food, a little pricier than Crisp & Green but always have fresh and healthy ingredients that taste great. Only bad experience is that sometimes I've had undercooked rice, and at this price I feel that is something they should nail every time. But again, everything is typically fresh, and from my experience their service is better than other fast casual places."
"Pretty good/healthy food. Their ingredients are mostly healthy (depending on the source) and the portions are not overwhelming. The staff was pretty good here and its sooo underrated when they ask if you want something else in place of ingredients you have to take out of a bowl (e.g. I need to make my bowl df and gf and they were kind enough to ask if I wanted to replace those items with something else. Very nice touch). We had the harvest bowl and the elote bowl and we’d get both again! One minor downside is that these kinds of places are getting so expensive…. Its about $35 with tip to get two bowls. Even more if you add anything to your bowl at all. Tough to justify spending that much $ consistently."
"I rarely give 1 stars, but This location is terrible. I usually go to the one in north loop although this one is the closest to me. I placed an order on their app for delivery. The salad came delivered with NO chicken. My main protein was missing and I was confused. I tried everything to reach them out, their texting system nobody replied for hours. I was fasting all day long and this was my o my meal and It had no protein. I took pictures and videos to show to their customer service but nobody ever came back to me and replied to the text. So Iam stuck with a vegetarian bowl that cost me 16$. I finally reached out to their automated services and there is no option for my current need. They gave me a 5 $ credit which to me is insulting. I just want my bowl as I ordered it. Either you send me a new bowl prepared correctly because I paid for the whole thing, or you refund me the bowl so I can replace the correct order. I am just so mad right now!"
"My overall experience was positive however the prices are wayyyy too high for what it’s worth. I like the build your own bowl option and I put in a ton of veggies and plan protein in mine. Their focaccia was very ordinary, cold and dried out and hard to even bite into - super bummed because I was really looking forward to it. The positives were that the vegetables were fresh, and the grilled tofu was great. I paid 16 usd for my bowl, pictured here with the dressing on the side. A few of my colleagues’ bowls are also included. All in all, it’s healthy and fresh but I don’t know that I’d come here just because of that. I can eat healthy and fresh food like this at my own work place for much less than half this price. Or even buy some vegetables and put it together myself. I haven’t been to restaurants similar to this, so cannot compare price points to competition but to me this is still very pricey. But, if you do decide to come here I think you’ll like the bowls and salads that they have to offer. I’d suggest to not pay the 2.5 usd for the focaccia. Service was pretty quick despite the long lines, there’s some seating inside the restaurant but there’s more outside for the warm summer days and some at the galleria mall’s common seating areas. Bumping it up to 4 stars would ideally give it 3.5."
