"People there are nice… they try hard.. and same with food. Food was mediocre at best.. any Latino restaurant can provide same or better.. probably at a cheaper price. Had the steak, fries, salad, and beans.. it was all just okay.. my steak was suppose to be medium rare, but just ended up rare (tasted kinda raw). Probably won’t be coming back."

"Spent a Friday date night here at this delicious Latin American fusion restaurant that I came across on TikTok. Omgoodness, the food was yummy. The ceviche was fresh and savory sweet. It is a smaller portion than expected, but good as an appetizer. I love love love lomo saltado, so I ordered it as my dish while my boyfriend ordered the filete de lomo. He had his cooked medium rare and he said it was a true medium rare that he hasnt been able to get from other restaurants. It was so silky and tasty. My lomo saltado was mouthwatering. We cant wait to go back. We also ordered dessert. Perfect little treat to end the night. 10/10 would recommend trying it out."

"Do seek out this tasty bistro! If you're not familiar with the area it could look like you're in the wrong spot, as Cahill Bistro is nestled in with warehouses and apartment buildings. But once you arrive, you'll be treated to some tasty, often unique dishes. The atmosphere was casual, laid back but dressy if you felt like it. You wouldn't be out of place. We enjoyed our server - she was friendly, patient and helpful with the menu. I recommend starting with the brussels sprouts. They're halved, cook to a great consistency and covered with a delish glaze and blue cheese crumbles - soo goood! The mango margarita was also tasty and had some unique spice added to the rim. Before you leave, be sure to get the Tres Leches Cake for dessert (or your main dish if you like!) Great tasting and sizeable enough to share - if you dare. :)"

"Wonderful dining experience at Cahill Bistro in Edina. Flavorful Latin dishes in an anassuming but comfortable setting. My scallops with veggies and risotto were delicious as well as the mango margarita. Nice dessert options as well"
