"If you want to get ignored by the slowest employees in town, this is the place. Rarely a greeting with little to no effort exerted to pick up the pace or keep customers coming back. I'm surprised the store has lasted this long! Full disclosure: I worked there almost 20yrs ago, and I have 30yrs off and on food & service experience. Management needs to lead by example to set the tone, lay out expectations and hold employees accountable."

"This Panera was odd. Food was fine, nothing special. Portions were way bigger than I expected which was nice. Service was odd. One person at the counter was busy and another person came to half take my order until the first person at the counter finished. It was busy to the point that both should have worked orders to get the line down. Then when the food was ready an item.was forgotten. It was quickly fixed but odd that the bread was missed at a place with bread in the name. Maybe it was just overly busy, maybe it was a bad day. Either way 3 stars..."

"They were so accommodating. The cashier explained what my mom needed explaining. I wanted a grilled cheese but on a croissant & they made it happen. From parking to restroom. Not a complaint. Refreshing. Thank you"

"We love this Panera. The staff is so friendly & accommodating. The food is excellent! I got the autumn Squash Soup & its sooooooooooo good! This is by far my favorite Panera Bread. Nice atmosphere, soft lights & music."

"Poor quality and inconsistent baking. I live in walking distance of this location. I can’t tell you how many times this location has either given me the wrong order, completely miss items ordered or this very serious undercooked pastry. The spinach artichoke soufflé used to be a favorite now, more and more these simple pastry are uncooked because they’re tossed in the oven at the wrong temperature. Puffed pastry on should not be soggy, and laced with cheese. Restaurants have food specifications to each item this one fails every time. I usually let time pass and try again or if something really just wasn’t right I’ll call or go back in. This time I was offered a receipt , utensils or even a bag."
