"I have used Howe on several occasions and was always satisfied with their technicians. I cannot say the same for their customer service and sales staff. I have had not one but two bad experiences with two different salesmen at Howe. The first one took well over 3 weeks to get an estimate for a mini split system last summer. I ended up going with someone else as I received an estimate within 1 day from someone else. Several weeks ago my furnace was not working, tech came out and informed me it needed replaced. Ok, can I get an estimate. He takes some pictures, salesman calls me later in the afternoon about options and says he will work on estimate. A couple hours after that, a gal calls and say the salesman needs to come and take some measurements, appointment scheduled for 9 the next morning, no show no call. I received a bill for the service call, just over 200, so I call to find out exactly what all that entailed since the troubleshooting took at most 45 min, told I am being billed for 1.5 hours. I disagree and he says he will pull GPS to confirm, I also bring up that I never received my estimate (invoice mentions). He says he will follow up with salesman. I still have not heard back from anyone. Here’s the thing, if you don’t want to do the job then just say so instead of ignoring and ghosting customers. I would still like an explanation for my bill. Because if I’m paying for the time that the tech took pictures to give to the sales guy for an estimate I have yet to receive then that is just plain stealing."

Dillon, the repair person, was very knowledgeable, explained everything, and took care laying down drop clothes to protect the floors. The job was done in a short amount of time, cleaned up and very professional. Very happy with the job they did!"

"Super friendly, honest estimate, it was actually lower than estimated, when does that ever happen for repairs on a boiler? These guys are awesome, I had a great experience and would highly recommend them. The tech was professional and somehow befriended my dog that is not always warm to strangers bless his heart.
