Pizza Ranch 1102 1st Street Northeast, New Prague, MN 56071

"I ordered on the 03/01, food came an hour and a half late. Had to call, they said there was a glitch in their system, however; when my food came it was barely warm. I got half a chicken bacon ranch pizza and there’s no tomatoes or ranch drizzled on the pizza..I was tired and asked for a refund, that has still not processed to my account to date. I liked the previous general mangers and manager that was here before because I’ve never had to deal with this ever. Also tried to ask for a half cheese half pepperoni pizza a different time prior to this incident, and was told “They couldn’t do that,” I’d rather take the time to go out of town to a different one, then to this pizza ranch…"

"We get delivery once a week from our local store and without fail every time there’s something wrong with the order - wrong food, prepared incorrectly, missing sauces, 1 hour+ delivery time, etc.. The only redeeming qualities are the friendliness of the delivery drivers and the temperature of the food at this point. How hard is it to remember the dipping sauce for the chicken, or to make a regular apple dessert pizza that I ordered instead of the one with nuts (yay allergies), or to make the pizza with the correct toppings? So much wasted money and it’s not worth the time to call - an hour delivery time means the kids won’t eat on time if they offer replacement as no refunds or credits are ever offered to make up for the mistakes. If there were more options in town we’d take our business elsewhere."
