""Quality" Sure. Just a sign on the desk that says dial 0, when someone comes down there's no greeting, or sign he works there. Took a phone call only to say "can you hold I have....." and set the phone down, so I'm glad I didn't call. Pool and spa were closed, Outlet in room was missing a cover, which is a hazard, ironing board was stained, light bulb was out, dresser drawer handle was broken off, window was off track letting cold air in, outlet that waffle maker is plugged in has burn marks, the egg at the continental breakfast was left over egg in the fridge from the day prior, discoloration on the ceiling in the bathroom, sink faucets were loosely installed, coffee in the room tasted terrible."

"This place isn't a disgrace to the Quality Inn chain, or to New Prague; it is a disgrace to humanity! Yes, it is run down and a bit dated, but its the filth that trumps everything! Sadly, it is the only lodging in New Prague. Do everyone a favor (especially yourself) and don't stay here. The sooner it goes out of business and a new ownership group steps in, the better for everyone. Ever had the experience of kicking bits of food under the bed so you wouldn't step on it and drag it into the possibly pre-used sheets? This is where you will. There was, though, one benefit to staying in this terrible place: now I know for certain there are bogus reviews on Google. Nobody, NOBODY, who has actually set foot in this cesspool would say it is either clean or friendly."

"This was a last minute reservation and the staff was excellent. When we got to the hotel, the service was prompt and my daughter and I stayed in the room and were pleasantly surprised. One of the most comfortable beds and stays I have had. Great Job!!!"
