"The baristas are always so kind and friendly. They provide timely service in a fun and inviting atmosphere. Drive-thru, order pick up, or "dine" in, I have always had a wonderful experience at the New Prague Coborn's Caribou Coffee location!"

"I had received a not full drink one day so I showed them a picture of what I had received. Nothing was said but the smirk on the person's face could easily have been read "yeah, right. Oookayy." They did agree to letting me pay for a medium but get the large I had paid for on the previous order. So in my book I felt the situation was corrected the way I requested. They said I could have a free drink but that's not what I wanted. I want to know that I'm going to get what I pay for every time. Unfortunately this store tries but I've collected quite a few pictures of short pours. Management has been very nice in the past. Everyone has bad days and being someone who has a RBF, I understand my expressions may not convey what I'm thinking but when in Customer Service you have to be aware of it."

"Waited a very long time for a mobile order. 5 people working. Sandwiches came out in ten minutes. We waited 5 more minutes before sitting down to eat or sandwiches. Then waited another 10 minutes before asking the staff about our order. Was told they forgot about our drinks and would get on it right away. Waited a further ten minutes before the drinks were finally done. Not a complicated order to begin with."
