"I absolutely love this Subway, whether I go in or order off of the app the people are friendly and make you feel welcome. The manager is a sweetheart and does a great job at running this place. Always a clean place, I've seen others where there are garbages overflowing or sticky tables and such, but from the parking lot to the counter it's always clean."

The manager and employees are always very kind and helpful, I’m glad to have such a good place to eat here in New Prague!!"

"Ordered off the app sandwiches made the wrong way not once not twice but 5 times in one week finally got to speak with the owner and manager and after voicing my opinion and after proving they didn’t toast my sandwich they still took the employee side over the customer pics prove my point plus asked for more olives and barely any on the sandwich and none on my wife’s sandwich which she asked for the same thing they then went as far after finally giving us our refund to calling the police to have us trespassed off the property"

"You have to understand that this Subway was legitimately good enough for me to leave a review. It was the nicest, cleanest Subway I've ever been to. The food prep area was spotless. My sandwich was the best I've had at a Subway in years. The service was prompt, friendly, and portions were generous(within reason) I am SO impressed. Whoever is managing this location is by far the best representation of the brand I've ever seen. KEEP. IT. UP. Seriously. 10/10."
