"This place is awful. We had a grooming appointment at 7 and they didn't see us until 7:30. So not only they have bad service, they can’t tell time. Then they denied grooming my dog because they couldn’t understand the vaccination book. Although other PetSmarts had no problems in the past. So apparently these people can’t read either. I saw the previous reviews and thought “ how bad can this be?” Well, it’s worse. Save yourself the trouble, don’t come here."
