"Got scammed with a counterfeit VISA gift card in the amount of $200 and loss prevention were absolutely RUDE. They said they are aware of the problem, that they try to watch the cameras and remove them when they catch it, and remove them when they see them on the gift card display. However, when i went back the next day loss prevention had not removed bogus cards from rack, pretty positive these bogus gift cards are a loss prevention orchestrated inside job! Filed a police report as well as went to Let Joe Know to help me get my $200 back as I am disabled, on a fixed income and this has been a significant financial hardship."
"I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE AND IT'S STAFF. I had a hard time finding Christmas cards and just happened to mention it to the lady that was cashiering. She immediately jumped into action and since there were no other customers in line, she literally ran and got them for me. That was not part of her job, but MIMI is a valuable employee in my book. Her customer service skills are the best. While she rang up my purchases I saw an I am ring up for more than it said on the shelf. She called her manager over and they verified that the price that was on the item was not the price that was on the shelf For this reason the manager agreed to sell me the item for the price on the shelf. The manager was GEORGE. He was very attentive and both he and Mimi took care of everything with great understanding and care. Thank you!"
"Didn’t know you could USE a hair tool and return it after USING IT on your hair.. bought these hair rollers and upon opening them i couldn’t help but notice that there is someone’s HAIR stuck in them. every single roller has hair in it. absolutely disgusting! if you are buying anything from this Walmart be cautious ⚠️"
"I'm tired of bagging my own groceries and paying more money. I see at least 10-15 employees up front doing nothing but monitoring customers doing walmart employees jobs. Never any registers open!"
