"Digital coupons. Fry's App is to difficult for a retired person. Why couldn't they leave well enough alone? When I ask for help with the app, I'm told I can't help you. Even customer service booth has the same answer. SAFEWAY responded to difficulties & simplified their app. Was going to try Fry's again, for a few items, but I give up. Thought after 8 months it would be improved. I don't need the headache. Safeway. Val Vista & Southern is my store for everything. The driver is worth it."

"Multiple times I have been there they have had 0 registers open for checkout forcing everyone to use the self checkout. This is very frustrating as this is a large fry’s and I often buy a lot of groceries and there is very little room at those self checkouts not to mention it is much slower. I don’t think it is an unreasonable expectation that there will be registers open for checkout when I come in and shop."

"I stopped in to ask for help with the frys app. I had purchased beer and was supposed to get $10 cash back thru PayPal. I never got it and went to the service counter to ask for help. There was a portly young "woman" behind the counter. She was very rude and seemed annoyed I was trying to get help. After a few minutes of her nasty attitude I asked to speak to a manager. The manager was polite and tried to help but didn't know exactly know how things work. She said since I used a digital coupon it negated the cash back. That is completely wrong. I never got my PayPal refund and overall was very disappointed."

"Was really pleased today at your store. Was shopping at another Frys closer to our house and the main purchase was Prime Rib. When we inquired at the meat dept was told they were out and not expecting until Saturday morning. Called your store and ask for meat dept and the phone was prompted answered. Clint was very helpful and wrapped 2 Prime Ribs for us and was going to hold in back till we got there. He was super and said if we needed anything else to ask. Will be driving further in the future to your store. Great job!"
